CII-FBN India Family Business Advisory Service
In its continuous endeavour to provide value to members, the CII FBN India Chapter is pleased to announce the launch of Family Business Advisory Service, a platform that would facilitate connections between member families and a curated pool of trusted advisors. These individuals would come with credible references and would have prior experience of working with other FBN families. They would be empanelled with the CII-FBN India chapter as independent external consultants.
The role of FBN would be to serve as a facilitator and enabler, ensuring that families have access to high-quality advisory support as and when needed.
This initiative seeks to:
Select members would act as a first point of contact for families. These members would help assess the family’s needs, provide preliminary guidance, and recommend suitable advisors from the pool, thereby offering a layer of personalization and trust in the referral process. A robust tracking and appraisal mechanism would be set up to monitor consultant effectiveness, family satisfaction, and long-term impact.
This initiative aims to institutionalize the consultant engagement process by offering a formal, trust-based referral system, rather than relying on ad hoc recommendations.
